Viewer For Office Documents

The MYRIAD viewer handles office documents (Word, Word Perfect, Excel, etc.) using Outside In readers from Stellent Corporation. Staying current and accurate with a wide variety of native formats, like Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Visio, requires an exhausting engineering effort.

Informative Graphics realized that an important part of driving down viewer prices is through effective partnering. Stellent is the market expert for handling native office formats and their technology is licensed to hundreds of software and hardware companies. By working with Stellient, Informative Graphics can keep up to date with the 225 formats that Outside In provides. This frees Informative Graphics employees from re-inventing expertise for handling office document formats like Word, Word Perfect and Excel, and lets them concentrate on adding other viewer values.

MYRIAD Outside In Formats

Some formats listed below are supported natively by MYRIAD.  In such cases (e.g., TIFF), MYRIAD uses the native myriXXX.dll driver rather than the Outside In support by default.  See the Administrator's Guide included with MYRIAD for more information.
