Why FastCAD 32 v6.5?

 Never before have you had so many performance increases added to a CAD program. Running under a 32 bit Windows environment FastCAD 32 lets you access all the power of Windows high resolution displays, printers, truetype fonts and network capabilities. AutoCAD® compatibility is included as standard and all your favourite dynamic commands have been added such as drag copy and drag rotate. With the ability to open several drawings at once, preview your plot and print using your preferred lineweights to any printer, there never has been an easier to use or more productive version.

The seamless linking with the Pro pack addon allows users to select a predrawn title border and set a drawing scale exactly the same as before. On screen one pick menu editing is also included to allow users wishing to customise the software a quick and easy route to do so.
Drag & Drop Functionality

The software includes over 3000 clipart images as well as the normal UK format libraries. The new on screen catalog facility allows you to 'drag and drop' many components directly into the drawing. The layering system supports both numbers and names as does the enhanced line and fill style options.

Dimensioning has been completely revised and can also be stored using descriptive names for different styles. The new symbol utilities make it easy to alter component throughout a drawing by simply editing the symbol. Text attributes now allow for easy use with bill of material links to a drawing.

FastCAD 32 Pro Pack

We listened to what users wanted and added the functions to FastCAD. The Pro pack serves the need of anyone who wants to make professional quality drawings in Manufacturing or Construction. FastCAD 32's dimensioning is now comprehensive within basic FastCAD, eliminating the need for a specific Mechanical add-on as was required with the earlier  versions.

FastCAD 32 Pro adds in many useful commands to draw and edit more easily, plus some useful extra text commands.

The part libraries have also been completely revised and updated with many configured as FastCAD 32 visual 'Catalogs'.

Extra Functions with FastCAD 32 Pro Pack

In addition, the comprehensive Architectural commands for walls, openings, doors, windows, stairs, studs and joists have been added. These commands have been revised and updated to reflect regional variations and recent changes in building construction. The new commands have been written as Macros, so as to survive future changes to FastCAD 32's internal structure. This also has the advantage that users can easily tailor commands to their own default settings and will not have to wait for a new version to come out to accommodate any required changes.
