The imagePROGRAF (iPF)
710 is a 36” (A0) 5-colour large format printer that delivers
vivid colour and 2,400 x 1,200 dpi rendering with outstanding
line reproduction, solid image consistency and high quality text
reproduction.
Optimal image quality and productivity
The iPF710 incorporates Canon’s 5-colour dye-and-pigment ink
system for optimal results when used as an aid to your CAD/GIS
workflow. The Canon 1” print head gives reproduction of 2,400 x
1,200 dpi, a 4 pl droplet size and an impressive total of 15,360
nozzles. The five-colour reactive ink system enhances the
quality of prints by ensuring that there is less bleeding and
solid image consistency, therefore delivering output that
retains more accuracy and sharpness – however detailed.
An accelerated print process ensures that quality prints are
delivered far quicker than other machines in its class with
plain paper A0 prints deliverable in a staggering 56 seconds.
Full CAD workflow support
The iPF710 integrates seamlessly into your CAD workflow. The
HPGL/2 and HP RTL file formats are fully supported and an HDI
driver for Windows is also included. A sizeable 256MB memory
ensures even the most complex of files can be easily processed.
Capable and easy-to-use
An LCD control panel features graphic animations to ensure it’s
quick and easy to get to grips with the device – even if you
have never handled a large format printer before. Powerful but
easy to use software aids the process – so even more complex
tasks are easily achieved.
An attachment ensures 2-inch or 3-inch rolls can be easily
attached. The cassette media-feeding system also enables new
sheets to be fed prior to the previous sheet being ejected. A
huge range of media options provides outstanding flexibility.
A newly designed fan system ensures the device is incredibly
quiet -– so it’s the output not the noise that gets you noticed.
