2011 Product Downloads Available Exclusively to Subscription Customers

This year for the first time, Autodesk® Subscription customers can download their new software products from Subscription Center, in addition to receiving their DVDs.

Here are the most frequently asked questions and answers to help you access your product downloads quickly and easily.

Problem:
- Forgot user ID or password on Subscription Center; or
- Not sure that you have an account yet; or
- First time accessing Subscription Center
Solution: Go to the subscription centre at http://subscription.autodesk.com/     Click on the “forgot user ID” link found on the Subscription Center login page.  Enter the email address you used when you ordered your software.  The information from the Autodesk subscription system will be sent to you immediately via email.

Problem:
- Can’t find product key or serial number

Solution:
For software coordinator or contract manager, both the product key and serial number can be found at the very bottom of the auto-fulfillment notification email.

Or, log into the subscription centre at http://subscription.autodesk.com/  and select the 'Contract Administration' link on the left hand side of the page.  Then select  “coverage report,” located under the contract administration page.   The subscription coverage report will then be shown and you can select the contact number for your product.  Just click on the number below the 'Contract#' item.  All serial numbers and product keys will then be shown at the bottom of the new page.
For end users who have lots of licences in the organisation, you may need to talk to your software coordinator or contract manager.
 

Problem:
- Want a disk version of the software not just the download.

Solution:
Go to the subscription centre at http://subscription.autodesk.com/     Click on the “Product Downloads” link found on the Subscription Center login page.  Then choose 'Download Your Product Software' from the options.  You can download it from here or request a DVD to be sent to you from the options on the left.

Problem:
- The above solutions do not seem to be working, or, never visited Subscription Center and not sure how to access.
Solution: Click on the Get Help with Your Subscription Account button, found on the Subscription Center Home Page.
